To install smart school, your web page must be running PHP 7.3 or higher and mysql 5.5 or higher. for optimum performance we will recommend to use linux with Apache web sever. During installation if you are getting 404 or Page not found or Blank Screen Error then following posible couses may be behind this-chek .htaccess file is present in your smart school hosting directory. By defoult. htaccess are hiden in cpanel, you can anable visible. (dot) hidden from cpanel file manager option. .htaccess files already present in yor downlouded package in your respective folder. url rewriting module is disable on your hosting.
Soft School Comes with its installer, you need to upload source.zip file to your hosting web folder then Extract it in your Folder.
After step three above, if you are installing soft school in Subdomain, then open new tab in your browser then Run Your subdomain url (eg. school.example.com/install/start) but if you are installing to domain Run Your domain url (eg. example.com/install/start)
Check Server Requirements if No any Error Click button labelled Database Set up
In this Step fill in database info including Hostname where host name is(localhost or Server ip)Database name, User name and Database password If you are using Password
Note: make sure Database name, Username and Password are Correct To avoid Database Err (Unable to Connect to Mysql DB)
If you have pass Successfully step Six then Insert Super Admin Email and Password that will be used when login in Then Start installation
Note: During Database import it may Take longer so please Don't interapt once installation started
